Once upon a time, there was a committee, it all started in the early Summer of 2012. Little did they know about what their journey would consist of, here are some of the milestones.
It has been decided that the Farewell F***ers party would be organized in a stud, which generated some extra work for the logistic department who had to verifiy if the event was doable at all. However, it didn't scare François Lazayres one bit, who happily jumped to work and came back with the answer that everyone was waiting for: mud baths are not what they used to be anymore.
Hugo Belloy, for his first meeting of the year, decided that a good impression was necessary. The red glasses and star necklace as a remnant of his "Red Jacket Campain", the hair as perfectly coiffed as ever, nothing would stop him from starting this year on a good basis.

The first Thursday Night of the year is approaching, and there's still a lot to be done. This night is the big premiere for the FF2013 committee, hence the efforts that Nannick Jansenis putting in creating an original and artistic flyer. What was the theme again? A good team is a team that can bond together, and Julia Ludwig didn't miss the occasion to invite everybody to her place and coordinate the organization of the FF2013 Heads get together. The queen of the night is ready to welcome her guests for an evening they won't forget. "Let's play never have I ever but keep it friendly".
The wine was flowing and Tim Foetisch decided that this party need a little more entertainment. And there's nothing better than stuffing oneself with mini-burgers and see how many of them one can eat to liven up the atmosphere.
As great Tim's idea was, it didn't fit the diet of Emmanuelle Schaller. A head of show who takes their job seriously needs to follow the famous latin saying made famous by Asics. Tonight it's greens and greens only.
Time is running and the End of the World is approaching. Never disregarding a reason to party, the FF2013 committee decided that it would be a good time to challenge itself with a mini Fête Finale try out. Nonetheless, the fact that it is a test won't make Benjamin Hanson take his job any less seriously, it's only 3 in the afternoon and the drinks are already fresh. If something has to go wrong, it will not be on him!
A party in a museum means that the floor has to be protected. Thank god, it didn't slip the mind of Florence Kumiko Kita who is teaching her team the noble Japanese art of "Carpeting".
The first problems arrive and it is now official that the number of cleaning ladies will not be enough to properly take care of the bathroom. This is where the assistants come into play, and the one who drew the short straw happens to be Jordan Lenoir. Let it not be told that some manual work will cast a shadow on her merry mood though. She came here to work and have fun, and fun will be had!
Some rumors start to spread, with the most consistent one being about the disappearance of Mirjam Graf. A kidnapping seems highly improbable and a ransom would put the Committee in a dire position financially wise. Such worry was not necessary, as Nicaragua is not a place where a lot of kidnappings happen at this time of the year, although the same can't be said for tanning and resting.
The fact that everybody would arrive at the same time, being a little more than tipsy might have slipped the mind of the organizers. The crowd was getting bigger and bigger and Niccolo Pucciarelli had to give his all in order to defend Marine Poinçot against the hords of drunkards banging against the doors of the museum.
The spirits were a bit fiery as the night went on, but Pauline Sautebin was perfectly prepared to feed this pack of famished hyenas. After all, a full stomach can calm even the angriest birds.
A lot of booze doesn't have only drawbacks, the only question remaining is what is the finance department going to do with this money? Well poker definitely was a legit choice.
With the little setbacks encountered during the last event, a lot of responsibility was lying on Alexandre Guillet's shoulders. But the lessons were learned and you can see him here, three days before the 180 happy skiers would arrive in Val-d'Isère, patiently guarding the entrance of the yourt where a lot of things were still to happen.
But what would Alexandre be without his faithful co-head Déborah Frija? Not much, I can tell you this, as this picture of her, in her traditional mountain outfit will show. Nothing beats the feeling of going up a snowy road dressed up as Heidi.
Even though the ski week-end was a blast, a gap still waited to be filled in the security department. A decision to hire youngsters brought some fresh blood in the committee. And because you never have a second chance to make a first impression, Jabi Oz decided that his full combat attire was of the utmost importance for his first meeting.
However, to his great dismay, weapons are banned inside the the premises of the school. Qu'à cela ne tienne, his combat tactics are just as sharp as his knife, and every single member of the committee would have to learn them, willingly or not. Over and out.
Alexandre Costa doesn't have time for this kind of tomfoolery, it's too sunny and hot outside to be practicing, let alone training! A good drink and some brand new sunglasses, and now we're talking!
The big day is approaching and it's time for another famous general meeting, as the committee is waiting for his ever so punctual majesty Hugo Belloy (after all, the theme is Royal Anarchy, isn't it?)
Wiarda Witteman decided to put this extra time at good use and is desperately for the bracelets she put so much effort into obtaining. But worry not! They will arrive right on time and work like a charm.
The FF glasses were finally delivered and it's the Caroline Van Roessel's duty to try them out. But how are we supposed to see anything through this logo? The answer to this is sadly only known to the Chinese manufacturers...
The photo booth just arrived and Juliette Martin is checking that everything is in order. Content that her mischievous plan is going according to her expectations, she takes the time for a selfie. The harvest of the night, more than 1'500 pictures, is now patiently waiting for diverse uses (but mainly blackmail), locked in a vault.
The last pieces of decor are setting up, while Emmanuelle Schaller proposes a little twist to the show. Apparently, the performers are quite amazed by her prowess.
A disguise is mandatory, even for the back of the house departments such as the legal advisor. Luckily, a judge coiffe will perfectly fit the theme thought Lila Benmarraze while donning it.
The troops need a good meal before the much dreaded 6pm launch. Which is why Nina Hauri took great care of putting up a good and nutritious selection of pasta. Anything can happen, but let it not be told that his puppies will starve tonight!
Everybody is entitled to have some fun at Fête Finale! After a hard day's work, it's to get dressed for the big night. Our reporters caught a glimpse of Lucille Blanchard during her relaxing bath. The story won't tell why a straw hat necessary, but it certainly added some flavor to the picture.
Where's Marine Scully during this time? Some last minute fixing needed to be done and she rushed to the Deco's storage room. Only problem: the door closes from outside and in the hurry she forgot to block it...
Making good use of the last moments of peace and quiet, Nicolas "Nauwels" Wespi is going through the setlists of tonight. His reaction: "Holy shi-"
The final inspection has been done by Paula Estrade, everything is set up and the school is ready to welcome 1'500 students for a night they won't forget, nor remember.
Somebody will remember this night though, or let's say early morning. "Are you sure that you can drive Nelson Cogels?" "Yeaaah man".
When all is said and done, it is time for our bon président to step up and deliver the feedback of the Fête Finale 2013. Everybody had a wonderful night, there's been no major incidents, he's very proud of all the members of the committee and those who helped. Only hiccup, there might not be a "Fête Finale 2013" Ferrari after all.
But now is not the time to think, it's time for the troops to go and have a nice little Bubu Zeit.
